Incorrectly Item(s)

If an incorrect item(s) was shipped to you, please contact our clinic immediately and let us know. We will refund you all shipping costs and ensure you get the correct product(s) as soon as possible.

Please note: We are unable to provide an exchange or return on opened or used products.

Exchanges

All sales are final. We only provide exchanges if the incorrect product was shipped, or if a product has a damaged/tampered seal.

Dissatisfaction

Personal care products cannot be exchanged or returned. When selecting products for purchase be sure it is the exact product you want as all sales are final. If you dissatisfied with a product due to personal preference (such as you dislike colour or formulation), it will not be considered for return or exchange.

Adverse Reactions

Please be aware that all products sold on our site are pharmaceutical grade skin care products and are to be used properly and under the guidance of a physician, nurse or medical aesthetician. If you have any questions in advance of purchase, please contact us. We recommend a consultation before trying a new skincare product.

If you have a known allergy or sensitivity please review the full product ingredient list on the related company website (Vivier, Alumier, Alastin). If you have any specific questions about indications or directions for use, please call the clinic at 519-824-4567. If you have experienced an adverse allergic reaction/sensitivity to a product purchased from our store, please call us immediately and/or send us a photo of your reaction and description to info@artmed.ca.

Damaged Products

We do not take responsibility for items damaged during shipping. If your product(s) has a broken/tampered seal, please do not use, and contact us immediately.

Incorrect Shipping Address Fees

Please double check the shipping address before you complete your order. Providing an incorrect postal code, addressee, or apartment/suite number can result in shipping delays. All packages returned to us due to incorrect or incomplete shipping address will be charged shipping fees when product is reshipped. Additional fees for investigating incorrect shipping information may apply.

Please be aware that if any product is pre-approved for exchange or refund it must be unopened and undamaged.

Where do we ship?

We currently offer shipping to only locations within Canada. We offer shipping using Canada Post standard and express shipping times. Options are provided on checkout.

How long will it take to arrive? How much does shipping cost?

We are committed to fulfilling orders in a timely manner. We fulfil orders within 1-3 business days from the time we receive your order and standard shipping generally arrives within 6-10 days. This is an estimate and not a guarantee. Once items are posted, Canada post shipping delays are beyond our control.

Shipping cost is calculated based on the total weight of your package. Typically most purchases will be less than 2kg. Shipping is free on total purchases of $149 or more before tax.

If your order is delayed, you will not be entitled to a refund or damage/interest claim. We aim to be efficient in our fulfillment and shipping but delivery times may vary.
